On July 29, 2014 the Company underwent a change of control whereby the existing officers and directors resigned and the new officer and directors were appointed. The resignation and appointment were as follow:

• Veljko Kelenovic resigned as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and director
• Syman Vong was appointed Chief Executive Officer and director
• Thu Pham was appointed director of the Company
