Major Hemp HIPA to tap Chicago’s large craft beer market

COSTA MESA, CA– (GlobeNewswire – July 26, 2018) – Sipp Industries, Inc. (OTC: SIPC), a multifaceted corporation specializing in technology, manufacturing, and distribution of commercial and consumer products announces it has formed a partnership with The Church Street Brewing Company to co-develop and produce a new hemp beer “Major Hemp HIPA” which will be the Company’s second hemp beer flavor.

The Church Street Brewing Company is a craft brewery located in Itasca, IL, a western suburb of Chicago. The brewery produces a wide-range of traditional and unpretentious lagers and ales that represent the old and new beer styles of European influence.

Major Hemp, Sipp Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary, and Church Street have agreed to embark on the new hemp beer Major Hemp HIPA that will be produced and distributed throughout the state of Illinois in a variety of cans and kegs.

Both teams determined from testing and sampling the proprietary hemp mix that an Indian Pale Ale (IPA) flavored hemp beer would be a unique and popular new beer to launch, especially in the Chicago market.

The new Hemp IPA recipe is under development and is expected to be completed next week. Under the terms of the agreement, Sipp Industries will own the Major Hemp HIPA recipe and Church Street will submit the recipe on Major Hemp’s behalf for TTB approval.

Sipp Industries is also in the process of designing labels for Major Hemp HIPA that will be produced in 4-pack, cans as well as kegs. Upon completion, these labels will also be submitted to the TTB for approval. The Company is working with Church Street on scheduling a tentative production date of late August.

Ted Jorgensen, President of wholly owned subsidiary Major Hemp commented, “This new partnership with Church Street is the next step in our growth phase for the company. We have solidified a fantastic partner that will enable Major Hemp HIPA to be produced and distributed in one of the largest craft beer markets in the country.”

The Company is also in discussions with multiple Chicago MillerCoors and Budweiser distributors whom have expressed interest in carrying Major Hemp HIPA. The Company expects to have formal agreement signed with a few distributors near the production completion stage.

“We are pleased to have formed this partnership with The Church Street Brewing Company whom will help us expand our product offering as well as market foot print. We are also in discussions with other partners to develop additional flavors as well as leveraging their distribution network to capture larger market share”, comment Syman Vong, Chief Executive Officer.
